A quotation will be emailed to you within two working days of receiving your completed order form. Once you accept the quote I will email you a 50% deposit invoice. Payment is required before any work can begin. If you fail to make payment within 14 days, your order will be delayed and then cancelled if there is still no payment after 21 days. PDF proofs will be emailed to you to check and any amends can be made if necessary. **Please note** I am not responsible for any spelling or information errors - please thoroughly check your PDF proofs before you approve them for me to sent to print. Upon signing off the artwork, you will receive a final invoice with the remaining balance. This must be paid before everything is sent to print. Failure to do so will result in delays and the order being cancelled and the deposit lost after 14 days of not receiving payment. Ivy Moon Design & Print holds no responsibility in delays to your order due to unpaid invoices or unanswered emails.
